“I can't say enough good things about this contractor. I accidentally missed our initial estimate appointment because I got completely tied up. He waited 30 minutes, left a polite message with an estimate based on what he could see, and actually turned his truck around and came back when I finally called him later that afternoon. Zero complaints, absolutely no attitude. On top of that, his technical knowledge is top-notch—he explained exactly why he doesn't cut corners on concrete prep and why he uses polyaspartic coatings over cheaper alternatives. During the install, he needed zero supervision and even texted me when he was stepping out for lunch. The floor looks incredible. If you want someone reliable who actually cares about their work, this is your guy.”
