Website & quote-request use

By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. You may use the site and our quote tools for your own genuine project inquiries, and you agree to provide accurate information. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Estimates vs. written quotes

Prices shown by our online estimator or given verbally are preliminary estimates for planning only. They are not a binding offer. The price, scope, and terms that actually govern your project are the ones in the written quote we provide and that you approve in writing. If the estimate and your written quote differ, the written quote controls.

Scheduling & deposit

A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date and order materials. The deposit amount and payment schedule are shown on your written quote, and the remaining balance is due as stated there (typically on substantial completion unless your quote says otherwise).

We schedule work in good faith, but timing can be affected by weather, slab and moisture conditions, material availability, and prior jobs running long. We will keep you informed if your date needs to move.

Cancellation & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are project-specific and are stated on your written quote. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customer preparation & site access

Unless your quote says we are handling it, you agree to clear the work area, remove vehicles and belongings, and provide safe access to the garage along with working power and water. Delays or extra labor caused by an area that is not ready, or by access problems, may affect scheduling and cost.

Hidden slab, moisture, electrical & structural conditions

Concrete and existing construction can hide conditions we cannot see during a quote — such as moisture issues, cracks, prior coatings, contamination, settling, or electrical and structural problems. If we discover conditions that affect the work, we will discuss them with you. Addressing them may require a change order, additional cost, or adjustments to scope, schedule, or warranty coverage.

Change orders & additional work

Any change to the agreed scope — added areas, upgraded systems, or work to correct discovered conditions — will be documented as a change order with its own pricing before we proceed, except where immediate action is needed to prevent damage or a safety issue.

Payment & overdue balances

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Warranty coverage applies only to work that has been paid in full. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by Texas law.

Product availability & substitutions

Flake blends, colors, and coating materials are subject to availability and natural lot-to-lot variation. Colors shown online, on samples, or in our visualizer are representations and may differ from the finished floor. If a specified product is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or better quality.

Warranty

Qualifying residential work may be covered by a written limited warranty. Coverage generally applies only to the original purchaser at the original service address after the project has been paid in full, and it remains subject to the service-specific covered conditions, exclusions, limitations, and claim requirements on our Warranty page and in your project documents.

If warranty documents differ, the signed quote and approved change orders control first, invoice-specific warranty terms control next, and then the dated website Warranty and these general Terms apply.

Photos & marketing

Photos you submit with a quote request help us scope your project and may be kept in your project records. We may also photograph completed work and use those images (without sharing your personal contact information) to showcase our work, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Photos submitted for a warranty claim are used to administer and document the claim. We will not use warranty-claim photos for marketing without separate permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Garage Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable Texas or federal law. This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding the site itself.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in or serving Tarrant County, Texas, unless your written agreement states otherwise.

Order of precedence

Your signed quote and approved change orders control project scope, pricing, schedule, and other project-specific terms. Invoice-specific warranty terms control next for warranty coverage. If those documents do not address an issue differently, the dated website Warranty and these general Terms apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” below shows when they were last revised, and the current version will always be posted on this page. The order-of-precedence rule above determines which version and project documents apply.
