The 400 sq ft garage had an older bare concrete floor with dark staining, discoloration, marks, and noticeable variation across the slab. Although the walls and other areas of the garage were being updated as part of the renovation, the untreated floor still made the space look worn and unfinished.
The worn concrete was transformed with a Light Gray epoxy base coat and Arctic decorative flake finish. The completed floor gave the 400 sq ft garage a clean, bright, and coordinated appearance that complemented the renovations being completed throughout the homeowner’s newly purchased property.
